Group Fitness Professional

We are seeking an experienced Group Fitness Professional to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to boost group fitness attendance, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Mentor and support instructors to maintain high-quality classes, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapt seasonal timetables for live and virtual classes to cater to the diverse needs of our members.
- Efficiently manage instructor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Promote group fitness initiatives on social media, showcasing our classes and community.
- Communicate club promotions and updates to the instructor team, maintaining alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Experience: 3+ years teaching group fitness with a solid understanding of group dynamics.
- Les Mills Certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs, with AIM1/AIM2 or advanced training in at least one.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with the Club Manager and National Group Fitness Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Personable and Member-Focused: Friendly and approachable, you will be a key contact for members and staff alike.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with others and fluent in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel and ready to learn new systems with provided training.
