We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales and growth through proactive engagement with members and potential clients.
- Provide high-level customer service, greeting and assisting members professionally and courteously.
- Manage front desk operations, including reception, inbound/outbound calls, and follow-up communications.
- Support team members and ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
