Membership Consultant Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team as a Membership Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist the club manager and team in providing outstanding customer service to members.
  • Drive Lead Generation and Sign-ups: Generate leads, sign up new members, and deliver personalized experiences to drive business growth.
  • Ensure Member Satisfaction: Ensure that all members have a fantastic experience in our clubs at all times.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all members to ensure outstanding membership experiences.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Skills: Willingness to market the club via social media and local outreach initiatives.
  • Availability: Availability to work on Sundays is required.
  • Relocation: Ability to commute or relocate to Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153.
  • Certification: Certificate III in Fitness (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Right to Work: Right to work in Australia.
