Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Club Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the fitness industry, proven experience in gym management or a similar leadership role and strong understanding of sales techniques and member retention strategies. They will also be creative, forward-thinking and able to work independently to drive results.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the club's sales efforts and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
  • Member Retention: Implement retention strategies that create a positive member experience
  • Club Appearance: Oversee the club's cleanliness, organisation and overall aesthetic
  • Networking & Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and influencers
  • Social Media Management: Manage the club's social media presence and create engaging content
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff and provide guidance, training and performance feedback
