We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Membership Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, as well as a passion for health and fitness.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the sales process, assisting in club operations, and working closely with their team to achieve goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales process to grow the club member base
  • Assisting in all operations within the club
  • Working closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Servicing potential and new members
  • Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

The Membership Consultant will also promote the club within the local community, drive marketing campaigns, and create a positive and focused club environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior sales experience, not necessarily in the fitness industry
  • Demonstrated direct sales and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally
  • Proactivity, offering opinions, feedback, and new ideas
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine care to help others

Additional requirements include:

  • Certificate III or IV (desirable but not essential)
  • First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Working with Children certificate
  • Police Check Certificate

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week. Flexible hours and Saturday shifts are required, and proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be necessary at the first interview.
