As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of our field service group, ensuring all service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing the scheduling and dispatching of technicians, providing technical support, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner, adhering to contract KPIs and customer requirements.
- Ensure that all work conducted by contractors and employees is carried out safely, timely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of site contracts and ensure all requirements are being met.
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow the contract or improve margin by achieving operational efficiency and implementing necessary actions.
- Establish and maintain high performance standards for self, team members, and others to maximize the team's ability to meet business objectives.
- Develop others' knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities.
- Implement development plans for all team personnel, including appropriate and timely performance management.
- Manage financial control according to agreed budgets and plans, forecasting financials monthly, and analyzing throughout the month.
- Estimate materials costs and quantities, ordering parts as needed.
- Proven experience in building systems (Security/HVAC/BMS/Fire) including trouble shooting, fault finding, and problem diagnosis.
- Sub-contractor management expertise.
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
- Financial reporting for maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
