Fertility Advice Team Member

We are seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our Fertility Advice team to work as a Fertility Advice Coordinator, responding to enquiries from patients and assisting them in taking the next step in their fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for those enquiring about City Fertility services
- Process a variety of enquiries from patients, providing general information on the consultation process
- Assist with booking appointments and coordinate patient interactions
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of CRM software is advantageous
- Basic understanding of Women's Health or Fertility, with experience in ART (IVF) being beneficial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone manner
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
