Role Summary

We are seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our team as a Fertility Advice Coordinator. This role will ensure patients have a supportive, informative, and transparent experience with our fertility services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide general information on the consultation process for fertility services
  • Assist with appointment bookings and scheduling

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A basic understanding of women's health and fertility is essential
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills are necessary
