Fertility Advice Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an adaptable and effective communicator to join our team as a Fertility Advice Coordinator. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience with us is supportive, informative, and transparent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient enquiries and provide information on the consultation process
  • Assist with booking appointments and manage patient queries
Fertility Advice Coordinator Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic to Intermediate understanding of Women's Health or Fertility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
