As a key member of the wireless project team, this newly created position supports the Wireless Construction Manager by assisting in delivering high-quality mobile deployment projects for various clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling accurate Hand Over Packs (HOPs) and ensuring timely submissions to clients. They will communicate effectively with field teams to guarantee first-time-right completion of tasks, minimizing site revisits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client interfaces, tracking progress, and providing quality reporting.
  • Collaborating with field crews to extract HOP data efficiently.
  • Setting expectations with the field team to obtain accurate field data.
  • Managing project milestones and ensuring contract resources complete HOP submissions progressively.
  • Providing comprehensive handover packs and project documentation to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar completions or project coordination roles.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications industry, especially wireless technology.
  • Understanding of site handover processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
