Energy Transition Data Analyst

Job Description
The role of the Technical Customer Success Analyst is to support leading developers, utilities, and funds in integrating Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes. This includes meeting with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain Aurora's client base in APAC.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject, and at least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience. You should also have a deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse, interpret, and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information.
