About the Role:

Job Overview
  • This position will be responsible for leading business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities in the QLD coal region.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in underground mining, specifically in coal mining, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ground support materials, practices, and application engineering.

The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key decision-makers. They will also provide leadership and guidance to the technical sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful achievement of sales and profitability targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Sandvik products by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations highlighting their advantages and applications. You will also conduct regular customer site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for product and service enhancement.
