Site Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in the UK.
- Maintain clients' sites by cutting grass, pruning hedges, maintaining borders, clearing leaves, picking up litter, and applying treatments.
- Deliver winter services including gritting and snow clearance.
- Provide management with relevant site information and report any hazards.
- Operate vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Undertake training as required.
- A passion for working outdoors.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility (winter working).
- A good understanding of smartphone technology.
- Desirable: Previous experience in grounds maintenance and gritting, PA1 & PA6 spraying license, full driving license.
- Competitive rates of pay.
