Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of identity governance and analytics within the Identity and Access Management domain.

The position entails leading the development of our IAM analytics capability, designing metrics, automating controls, and delivering impactful insights that drive informed decision-making and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Identity Analytics solution and define its strategic direction
  • Collaborate with IAM, Technology, and Risk functions to grow the capabilities of the solution
  • Develop data-driven analytics and insights that inform decision-making across IAM or IT operations
  • Enhance IAM processes, support access validation campaigns, and contribute to the evolution of identity governance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably within a regulated environment such as financial services or APRA-regulated institutions
  • Able to develop data-driven analytics and insights that inform decision-making across IAM or IT operations
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google BigQuery to deliver high-impact reporting and dashboards
  • Deep understanding of IAM controls and access validation processes, including recertification and automation
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders across technology, risk, and business functions
