Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience at our hotel. This includes check-in and check-out of guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking and entering reservations, and assisting with all guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out of guests
  • Maintain guest accounts
  • Take and enter reservations
  • Assist with all guest inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Good use of initiative
  • Personal grooming and presentation
  • Mastery of English and RSA essential (or willing to obtain)

Requirements:

  • Availability 5 days/week Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster
  • Experience as a Guest Service Agent or Receptionist preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
