We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
  • Maintain and upgrade IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and resolve technical issues.
  • Deliver training sessions on new systems and technologies.
  • Adhere to IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and compliance.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a strong background in system support and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and applications, preferably SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
