As a Key Player, you will use your headhunting and sales skills to proactively source top Allied Health professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, and more.

**Job Description**

  • Proactively source top Allied Health professionals using various recruitment strategies and communications.
  • Get creative with recruitment approaches that cut through the noise.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, scheduling, reference checks, and offers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A friendly attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
