Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate & Mortgage Brokering industry. As a key member of our recruitment consultancy, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecasting and Sourcing: Collaborate with management to predict talent needs, identify potential candidates, and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet deadlines for critical leads.
- Candidate Management: Gather client requirements, fill roles through various methods and media, and utilize competency-based recruitment techniques where necessary to ensure aligned talent with company values.
- Business Development: Solicit new clients, engage in business development duties, and advise clients on best practice selection methodologies to ensure successful placements.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer stage process, including reference checks, contract management, and follow-up to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Pursue ongoing initiatives throughout the recruitment life-cycle to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
- A hard-working individual with patience and drive, possessing excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- An excellent team player with reliable and exceptional customer service skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in sales, customer service, or BDM roles, preferably in Real Estate Agencies, Development Companies, Construction Companies, and Finance industries.
- Excellent English language proficiency, with Australian PR/Citizen status required.
