Role Overview

As a commerce strategy expert, we are seeking an individual to drive e-commerce category annual sales targets through merchandise trade and content strategy. This fixed-term contract opportunity will enable the selected candidate to develop robust online strategies and lead key projects to optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver e-commerce category annual sales targets by executing strategic trade and content plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative online solutions.
  • Lead project initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve business performance.
  • Develop a culture of commercial acumen within the e-commerce team.
  • Drive the enhancement of the in-store customer experience online.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trade/online commerce with expertise in digital/marketing and sound commercial judgment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and present to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience using analytical tools to draw insights and report on website performance; Google Analytics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
