About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Advisory Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Projects and Commercial Advisory capability, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic projects and commercial advice to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise clients on the design, development, and implementation of contracts that deliver major infrastructure projects, Defence projects, and long-term services-based contracts for utilities and transport operators.

You will work closely with our adjacent legal services teams and broader risk advisory and Ashurst Advance practices to deliver high-quality, value-adding services to clients seeking to extract maximum value from their contracting arrangements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across our Projects and Commercial Advisory teams and the broader Risk Advisory division to develop your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on contract design, development, and implementation
  • Work with legal services teams and risk advisory practices to deliver commercial advice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our Projects and Commercial Advisory capability

About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience in contracts management and/or audit, ideally in an infrastructure environment
  • Experience in the infrastructure, projects, or property industry is essential
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
