About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in Melbourne. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business cases and options for infrastructure projects
  • Advising on transaction strategy and delivery model analysis
  • Providing transaction management and tender documentation
  • Developing commercial principles, term sheets, and transaction documentation
  • Resolving complex commercial issues through negotiations
  • Building financial models and conducting financial analysis
  • Leveraging specialist knowledge in relevant infrastructure sectors

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in the private sector or government, preferably in a similar role working on large infrastructure projects. You will have a tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for doing work that matters and thriving on complex problems.
