Job Title: Infrastructure Advisory Expert

Join KPMG Australia's Infrastructure, Assets & Places group as an Infrastructure Advisory Expert and contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure projects. As part of our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team, you will provide financial and commercial advice to clients across various stages of the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business cases and options for infrastructure projects
  • Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis
  • Providing transaction management services
  • Developing tender documentation and leading tender processes
  • Developing commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts
  • Resolving complex commercial issues through negotiations
  • Building financial models and conducting financial analysis

As an Infrastructure Advisory Expert, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality advice to clients. Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the private sector or government
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
