Job Summary:
As a skilled Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Requests for Quotation with suppliers and fostering positive relationships with commodity teams to ensure alignment with business strategies.
About the Role:
- Preparing and launching comprehensive procurement plans;
- Negotiating and agreeing terms with key suppliers;
- Selecting and engaging suitable suppliers through thorough comparison of offers;
- Adapting procurement strategies in response to changing project requirements;
- Coordinating negotiations to meet client expectations while ensuring compliance with relevant standards;
- Enhancing operational efficiency by aligning procurement practices with strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
- Extensive experience in procurement processes and business strategy;
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication abilities;
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
