Job Responsibilities:
  • We participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • We project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders.
  • We identify business development opportunities and assist partners on proposals and new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment is essential.
  • The ability to work independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
