Our services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven risk management, primarily in the payments industry but also working with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises.

Make an Impact as an Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors Program Management
Advisors Program Management is an execution-oriented, client-facing role that applies proven change management skills and domain experience to partner with clients and drive measurable value through:
Developing new products and strategies for smooth and efficient market entry
Implementing complex technology assets and transformation programs
Strengthening clients' internal skills and knowledge
Transforming processes and optimizing management practices
You will support projects that impact organizational strategy and change initiatives.
We seek a skilled Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and gather requirements
Analyze data for trends and insights
Develop and document business process models
Propose technical and process solutions
Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders and executives
Create detailed documentation of requirements and solutions
Collaborate with development teams to configure platforms and solutions
Proficient in data analysis tools; knowledge of SQL and API orchestration is a plus
Participate in testing and validation of systems
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus
Leverage subject matter experts for customized solutions
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with financial framing capabilities
Ability to develop solutions independently and support delivery
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with process modeling and project management tools
Knowledge of payments, retail banking, or merchants preferred
Client interaction experience and relationship-building interest
Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge of data architecture and analytics tools advantageous
Willingness to travel
