Reece Bathroom Life is opening a new showroom in Inner South Sydney, and we are looking for a Concierge / Receptionist to join our team. No experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. While the showroom opens in late 2025, you will be based at our St Leonards and Balmain branches for training until then, so you can hit the ground running.

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team, you'll act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers, and homeowners to our showroom, and assisting our consultants to guide customers through their renovation process to achieve their ideal bathroom.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
  • Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
  • Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
  • Assisting with preparing quotes, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
  • Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and ensuring smooth and safe operations

We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality and enjoys helping customers and supporting a team
  • Is organized and attentive to when a customer or colleague needs help
  • Is comfortable with computers, can use PowerPoint, and is eager to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career—either locally, within our network, or at head office
