Job Title: Security ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional security services.About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves working on a rotating shift, including nights and weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, clients, customers, and visitors. Your duties will include guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access to the premises, as well as responding promptly to emergencies and incidents.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Guard and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment.
  • Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and data logs to maintain accurate records.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current Security License with crowd control.
  • A Control Room License.
  • A current First Aid certificate & CPR.
  • Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
