As an Industrial Efficiency Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in refining production processes to meet objectives and enhance productivity.

About the Role

You will focus on identifying opportunities for process enhancement, workflow optimization, and cost reduction through analysis of current operating plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing solutions to operational challenges to achieve desired efficiency gains and quality improvements
  • Collaborating with Operations Analysts to identify production bottlenecks and develop metrics to optimize operations
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis for new products and ROI for new initiatives
  • Leading continuous improvement and operational excellence teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment
About You

We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Experience with Process Improvement Programs including PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, RCA, SMED, Kaizen is also required.
