Maximising Supply Chain Efficiency

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the Total Logistics Support (TLS) Contract that maintains F414 Engines for the Royal Australian Air Force.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate inventory reports across multiple tools and systems.
- Analyse inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to drive lean processes.
- Respond to customer demands, coordinate requests, and transportation.
- Track and monitor repair items to ensure programme forecasts are met.
- Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery to domestic warehouses.
- Track freight movements and resolve issues or delays.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors to meet customer assurance and compliance standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably covering imports and distribution.
- Australian Citizenship at time of application.
- Australian Defence Security Clearance – Baseline essential, NV1 preferable.
- ERP/SAP tracking system skills. Defence Logistics knowledge advantageous but not essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, graphs, formulas, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
