About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Consulting Suites at Ramsay Clinic New Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operations, development, and success of our consulting suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient and effective operation of our comprehensive customer-focused administration service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their first interaction.
  • Ensure patient appointments, medical records, and accounts are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise the management of all incoming referrals as per required timeframes.
  • End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management.
  • Other general administrative functions as required.
Requirements
  • A National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
