As a Maternal and Child Health Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality Enhanced Maternal and Child Health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver responsive and effective MCH services and group programs.
  • Support vulnerable families through timely care and referrals.
  • Drive service excellence through evaluation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to support family care.
  • Champion child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all service delivery.
Requirements:
  • National registration as a Division 1 nurse and midwife, and Maternal and Child Health Qualification.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in MCH or community health settings.
  • Deep understanding of child development, family-centred practice, and child safety frameworks.
  • Strong operational and clinical decision-making skills, including rostering and workload management.
  • Able to mentor, support, and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check are also required.
