Catering Position

Join our team at BaptistCare Griffith Centre in Griffith, ACT. The 130-bed centre is situated near the CBD, Lake Burley Griffin, shopping precincts and local parks.

About the Role

We are seeking a catering professional to serve food and beverages to residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving meals and refreshments
  • Cleaning kitchen, dining and café areas and equipment
  • Taking orders and operating POS systems (if applicable)
  • Assisting with food preparation and reheating meals
  • Ensuring meals are delivered correctly and on time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with food and cleaning chemicals
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience
  • Understanding of food safety procedures
