As a full-time Catering Attendant, you'll be part of a dynamic team at Canberra Airport, Australia's largest inflight meal manufacturer and globally branded business.

You'll work across various areas, including kitchen, bar make up, and wash areas, performing a variety of roles to prepare meals for airline customers' flights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Food handling, plating meals, and meal tray set, ensuring presentation specifications are met using visual guides.
  • Stocking airline carts with dry store items, including equipment, packaged snacks, and beverages.
  • Loading and unloading wash lines, ensuring all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
  • Compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines, and adherence to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure delivery timelines are met.

To succeed in this role, you'll need sound numerical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items.

This is a full-time permanent position, requiring availability to work 38 hours/week. A National Police Check is required.
