About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Officer who is focused on delivering high-quality food services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals that meet food safety standards and recognised nutritional guidelines.
  • Comply with food safety programs and provide efficient and effective food service.
  • Assist in meal preparation and catering for special functions.
  • Prepare dining areas for meal times and serve food and drinks to our residents.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring all cleaning and dishwashing is done in a timely manner.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Safe Food Handling and Preparation.
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety principles.
  • Knowledge of special dietary needs for the elderly.
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
