Customer service is all about providing exceptional experiences for our customers. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering this promise.

You may be required to assist with various tasks, including collecting trolleys from around the store and surrounding areas. Rotation in all areas is a key aspect of this role, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge across different departments.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. You should be flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a team player, you will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the store. This includes being proactive in resolving customer queries, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Our store operates on a seasonal casual employment basis, which means you will be offered work as required during our busiest time. We expect this period to be October to February, but please note that we cannot guarantee ongoing shifts after this time.
