Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Lending Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey
  • Guiding customers through the lending process and providing peace of mind that we are here to help them achieve their goals
  • Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales in the banking industry
  • Understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential
