Job Title: Associate CLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Regional & Agri Customer Lending Solutions team. As an Associate CLS, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lending process, managing internal/external contacts, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions, including obtaining and collating customer information.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customer financial data.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in banking or a related field.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and credit assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
