Job Opportunity

This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule, working between 48-60 hours per fortnight. The compensation package is highly competitive, with an hourly rate of $45-$50.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administrative team, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to frontline staff. They will also oversee financial management, hospital reporting, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to frontline teams
  • Lead financial management and hospital reporting
  • Project manage and coordinate operations
  • Partner with the Clinical Manager to achieve top-tier patient outcomes
  • Oversee rostering and resources to ensure vet teams excel
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with the leadership team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Operations experience, including HR generalist experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementFinancial management and project coordination skillsLeadership experience in small to medium teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the veterinary industry
