Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, with prior experience in pub or bar management being essential. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service to diverse segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction by leading by example and empowering team members to take ownership of their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain national quality standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and Australian laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests and increase spend.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills are required to lead a diverse team of food & beverage and accommodation staff.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience are necessary to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential to build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competition is crucial to stay ahead of the game.
