Personal Support Assistant
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team.
">As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and transportation. You will work independently, but as part of a supportive team, to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for our clients.
">To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability, a current driver's licence, access to a comprehensively insured vehicle, and relevant experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to change.
">You will be responsible for:

- Assisting clients with daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation">
- Providing transportation to appointments and social activities">
- Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being">
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided">
