We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Companion at a state-of-the-art aged care residence in Tamworth, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality lifestyle programs and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
About The Role:As a Care Companion, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and inclusive environment that fosters independence and community spirit.
- You must have previous experience in delivering varied lifestyle programs and be comfortable with learning new technology.
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) is a minimum requirement for this role.
- Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience.
