About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Support Workers.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to help our customers live independently, supported and empowered within their own communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help clients with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with transportation and personal care including appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc.
  • Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe.
Requirements:
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.
  • All employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a minimum of 2 doses.

Benefits:
  • Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability).
  • Pay: $33 per hour (dependent on experience % super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time).
  • Hours: 20–30 hours per fortnight with opportunities to flex up.

  • A fully supported and paid Induction program.
  • Become Cert III qualified in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees).
