About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly-skilled and experienced senior executive to lead our facilities services branch.

The role involves working closely with our executive team and external partners to achieve strategic outcomes, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional results.

We are seeking a leader who can inspire their team, build strong partnerships, and champion our values and leadership behaviours.

  • Providing strategic investment advice and planning for our accommodation portfolio.
  • Leading innovation in our property program to drive efficiency and deliver outcomes.
  • Negotiating and managing commercial contracts and leases to meet current and future requirements.
  • Managing complex facility operations and maintenance services in a high-security environment.
  • Delivering construction, uplift, and maintenance programs to scope, time, and budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience leading facilities services teams to deliver high-quality enterprise outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of relevant legislation and standards.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communications skills to inspire your team and engage with stakeholders.
  • Representational skills to build strategic partnerships across the public and private sectors.
  • A demonstrated ability to uplift capability in your team and personally adapt and develop new skills.
