Job Description

We are seeking a proactive professional to support our sales and business development teams as a Sales Operations Coordinator.

This role involves ensuring smooth processes, accurate systems, and effective tools for success. Additionally, you will design client-facing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to enhance professional interactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, business administration, or operations, with strong organisational skills and time management. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is also essential.

You will be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, cleansing records, and tracking opportunities. You will also manage websites and EDM campaigns for engaging content and brand alignment, as well as design proposals, presentations, and sales collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

Ongoing tasks include optimising sales workflows and processes for productivity and effectiveness, assisting with contract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, and sales activity records, and supporting new team members with CRM training, sales processes, and proposal design tools.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales support, business administration, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign) for creating professional materials
  • Understanding of sales hygiene best practices, including data accuracy and pipeline management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
