Space Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join our team in creating optimized store layouts that drive sales and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing planograms for all core categories, working closely with buyers and store operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse product adjacencies to enhance layouts and increase sales
  • Utilize data analysis (margin, rate of sale analysis) to ensure optimal range construction and improvement of the customer offer
  • Collaborate with vendors and buyers to obtain product information and pictures for planogram creation and maintenance
  • Maintain planogram integrity in support of store operations team
  • Create and maintain planograms using specialized software

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in commercial or analytical roles or graduates with relevant retail management, merchandising, or supply chain experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret detailed reports
  • High level of numeracy and understanding of layouts and floor plans
  • Strong administration, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
