We are seeking an experienced Macro Space Planner to join our team. As a Macro Space Planner, you will play a critical role in creating floor plan proposals that deliver optimum sales and profit returns to retailers.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced space planning environment within retail. You will be able to ensure that all proposals are customer-led, which will benefit both retailers and the company's sales and profit.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Create and maintain data-driven, shopper-led floor plans for all states
  • Support the delivery of channel and category strategies, improving return on space across the network
  • Analyze consumer insights and present store recommendations based on category strategies

Our ideal candidate will be analytical, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. They will also have strong visual merchandising skills and the flexibility to adapt their approach from category to category to capitalize on differences in shopper behavior.
