Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Description:

Our Visual Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for bringing brands to life in airport retail environments. This exciting role involves planning and executing visual merchandising strategies across multiple locations, translating brand and product strategies into physical spaces that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stores, category teams, and designers to develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies

• Install signage, displays, and promotional materials to a high standard

• Audit stores and make visual improvements to enhance the customer experience

• Support new store setups and activations

• Maintain floorplan guidelines and display standards

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, or display coordination

• A natural eye for detail and understanding of shopper behavior

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or planogram software is an asset
