About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Security Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing the physical security of our APJC Regional Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely manage operational physical security of our Data Centers
- Implement and maintain access control systems and processes
- Manage guard force operations and reporting security metrics
- Conduct security audits and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and ISO
- Implement new processes and adhere to existing Amazon policy and procedure relating to security guarding, media security, CCTV monitoring, and customer data protection
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance security and safety
- Coordinate physical security, investigations, risk/threat assessments, and supervise employees and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields
- Experience working in a high-security environment
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in performing security risk assessments
- PMP or equivalent experience in project management
