The primary objective of this position is to drive revenue growth and foster a high-performance sales culture.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our dedicated team, focused on driving business expansion through managed IT services. Reporting directly to the executive management, you will take ownership of our corporate sales function and be accountable for building recurring revenue in managed IT services, while coaching and inspiring a talented sales team across multiple regions.
Your energy and hands-on leadership will be key to unlocking growth, shaping strategy, and strengthening client relationships. Success in this role will be measured by the results you deliver both in revenue growth and in the strength of the team you develop.
- Leading and motivating the BDM, Account Management, Hybrid Sales, and Sales Admin teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Driving growth through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
- Designing and executing Go-To-Market sales strategies that deliver measurable results
- Building and strengthening client relationships to increase recurring revenue and retention
- Representing the organization at industry events and key client meetings to expand our presence
- Managing the preparation of compelling tenders, proposals, and submissions
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales staff to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborating with executive management and product/tech teams to shape offerings and pricing strategies
- Supporting the team with technical knowledge and managing escalations to ensure client success
