About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Joblink Plus. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to our finance team, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth, improve financial performance, and enhance our competitive position.
  • Collaborate with our executive leadership team to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure effective governance and compliance, maintaining a strong risk management framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About You

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualified professional with extensive financial management experience, preferably in a complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering, as well as experience in influencing, leading, and developing teams. You will be a strong communicator, able to convey complex financial information to a diverse audience, and possess innovative problem-solving skills.
